Wasn't so much a change of background color than a total change in theme. I like butterflies and this one with the red fluttering wings, looking like it is ready to soar, just seemed to speak to me. Background came with it - didn't choose it separately.
i don't know what will help you, because you haven't told me all that much about yourself, but if i could get myself to cry, it would help me a lot. of course, i can't but that's another story...
